Registered customers can monitor the status of their orders through the order tracking on the My information page. The customer also receives notifications in his e-mail about the progress of order processing.
After delivery, some shipments can be tracked in Posti's shipment tracking service. In these cases, the order handler will send the customer by e-mail the shipment ID, which is needed to track the shipment. You can also contact our customer service if you have any questions about processing or tracking your order.
